Technical Highlights

Fully enclosed cassette made of extruded aluminum – reliably protects the fabric and technology.
The internal fabric roller cover ensures a clean appearance even when extended.
Articulated arms with 4-fold multi-flex steel cable pull and 2-fold spring pull – stable and low-maintenance, tested for up to 70,000 cycles .
Tilt adjustable from 3° to 40° (hand crank operation max. 25°) via the consoles.
From 601 cm width with a third arm for stabilization.

RELIABLE ARTICULATED ARM TECHNOLOGY

The TRENDLINE awning from MOBAU Markisen impresses with its high-quality mechanics, which significantly contribute to its stability and longevity. Its robust articulated arms allow for a projection of up to 3500 mm and guarantee consistent fabric tension throughout its entire lifespan. Thanks to a reinforced 4-fold multi-flex power band with over 70,000 cycles and a double spring-tension system, the awning fabric remains optimally taut even with frequent use. Break-resistant arm center joints are made of drop-forged aluminum.

TRENDLINE mounting options

Wind class 2 according to DIN EN 13561 – up to wind speed 5 = 38 km/h when mounted on a pressure-resistant concrete substrate
Extended bracket selection for mounting surfaces that are not pressure-resistant

Shade Plus – additional protection when the sun is low

For even greater comfort, the TrendLine offers the optional ShadePlus system : a vertically retractable valance integrated directly into the front profile . It effectively protects against glare from the low sun or prying eyes – especially in the morning and evening hours.

Privacy and glare protection without completely blocking the view. The shade plus is ideal for west- or east-facing patios.
Recommended seamless fabrics - When using ACRYLIC fabrics with seams, increased wrinkling may occur, therefore we recommend seamless fabrics when equipped with ShadowPlus.

Optional equipment includes an LED light strip on the underside of the cassette.

When equipped with LED lighting, the light strip is attached to the bottom of the cassette between the consoles. LEDs are available in white or RGB colors. Dimmable via a multi-channel remote control.

Bedienung

All options are available for operating the TRENDLINE awning, from manual crank to smart home integration. We would particularly like to highlight our radio-controlled motor with emergency manual crank operation . This allows you to operate the awning even if the motor is not functioning, for example, during a power outage. The drive motors used in our cassette awnings are equipped with soft-stop torque cut-off and automatic fabric length compensation. This ensures smooth and consistently even closing of the cassette.
