The ZEUS DUAL freestanding, double-sided folding-arm awning is ideal for shading patios and areas where building mounting is not possible or desired. Available as a single unit up to 56 m² and expandable in a series – perfect for private homes, restaurants, or kindergartens. Maximum width: 700 cm , projection on both sides up to 2 x 400 cm ; optionally available with an LED light profile and shade adjustment for adjusting to the sun's position.

Construction, design & choice of materials

Robust construction
Extruded aluminum support tube (80 × 80 × 3 mm) as a stability base.
Two galvanized steel posts, powder-coated, standard height 300 cm, firmly screwed onto large base plates.

Colors & Design Flexibility
Frame available in all RAL colors – standard colors: silver (RAL 9006), white (RAL 9010) and matt anthracite grey (RAL 7016).

Optionally expandable with comfort options

The single-shaft winding system allows for a space-saving design for the awning fabric's winding area, which is also equipped with a protective roof. This ensures that the awning fabric remains permanently protected from rain and dirt when retracted.

Installation of the ZEUS DUAL double awning

Freestanding installation: The MOBAU ZEUS DUAL is a freestanding, double-sided folding-arm awning designed for shading large areas. The entire system is supported by two solid posts securely anchored to the ground on stable foundation plates. This ensures high stability even with a maximum width of up to 7 meters and a projection of 4 meters on each side .

Mounted on one side of the wall:
If the system can be anchored directly to the wall on one side, a mounting kit is also available.

Bedienung

The ZEUS DUAL can be operated via a standard 230V motor and switch, or via a 230V radio-controlled motor, remote control, and smart home system. For both systems, the fabrics wind onto a single shaft and are driven by one motor.
