ZEUS MEGA Sleeve – The sleeve awning with crossed arms for maximum projection

The ZEUS Mega sleeve is the clever special solution in the MOBAU range when a narrow wall but a high shade requirement is needed. Equipped with crossed articulated arms , it allows for a greater projection than width – while maintaining stability, high-quality sleeve technology, and a robust support tube construction. The ZEUS Mega sleeve is ideal for narrow balconies , sheltered niches , or loggias where conventional awnings are insufficient.

Support tube technology – stable construction on

Like all models in the ZEUS series, the ZEUS sleeve Mega is also based on the proven MOBAU support tube construction :

• Square steel support tube (40 × 40x2 mm) , used as a support for brackets, bearings and sleeves

• Flexible mounting brackets – ideal for installations with structural limitations

• High static stability even under maximum failure conditions

• Permanently safe, easy to assemble and low-maintenance.

  
  

The compact aluminum sleeve reliably protects the fabric from above and in front when retracted – while allowing the articulated arms to be freely arranged outside the sleeve.

Crossed articulated arms – maximum deployment in a small space

The centerpiece of the mega version is the crossed articulated arms , which move over each other when extended. This allows for greater projection depths than the wall width would permit .

The arms are made of extruded aluminum , are equipped with 4-fold cable pulls and double spring technology , and are tested to up to 70,000 cycles .
