Construction & Guidance 150 E

The FLEXLINE 150 E features a cable-guided fabric system . The fabric runs laterally along stainless steel cables, creating an elegant, lightweight appearance. The weighted bottom rail ensures consistent fabric tension, even with larger dimensions. The open guide design results in a delicate look that blends discreetly into modern architecture.

Cover: 130 x 150 mm made of 2.0 mm thick extruded aluminum, 2-piece, removable inspection profile to simplify maintenance and repair work without disassembling the system
Side panel: Made of cast aluminum
Lateral guidance: By means of a plastic-coated steel cable
Fall profile: Extruded aluminum profile 35x35 mm with solid weight and two-part plastic end caps

Fabric selection
High-quality screen fabrics from leading manufacturers such as Serge Ferrari, Sattler Twilight, and Copaco are available for the installation. Depending on the degree of transparency, these offer optimal glare, UV, and heat protection – optionally translucent for harmonious daylight or blackout for maximum privacy.

Operation & Comfort
The FLEXLINE 150 E vertical awning comes standard with a motorized drive. Optional features include radio controls, smart home integration , and sun and wind sensors, further enhancing ease of use.

Design & Colors
The rectangular box, measuring 150 mm, has a modern and streamlined look. The box, rails, and end cap are powder-coated and available in the standard colors white (RAL 9016), silver (RAL 9006), and anthracite gray FS (RAL 7016). All RAL special colors and DB 701-704 are available upon request, as are smooth, matte, or fine-textured surfaces.

Spring-loaded rope tensioning system – permanently taut fabric guidance

The innovative spring-loaded cable tensioning system of MOBAU vertical awnings ensures consistently even and secure fabric tension – even under changing weather conditions.

The laterally guided stainless steel cables are equipped with an integrated spring mechanism. This keeps the fabric permanently taut and allows it to adapt flexibly to movements caused by wind or temperature fluctuations. The result: a smooth, stable fabric position and a long service life for the awning.
