MOBAU HORIZON – Side awning as a straight system
The MOBAU HORIZON in its straight design is the elegant solution for privacy and lateral sun protection . It reliably protects against unwanted views and low-angled sunlight from the side , where conventional awnings don't provide sufficient shade. This transforms the patio, balcony, or garden area into a sheltered haven of comfort.
Design & Operation
The HORIZON impresses with its sleek, modern design and compact housing, in which the screen is safely and securely rolled up. Operation is convenient and simple:
The fabric is pulled out of the box by hand.
The end strip is hooked into the holder at the front.
An integrated backstop prevents the cloth from snapping back uncontrollably, ensuring additional safety and comfortable handling.

Manual operation with safe backstop brake
End strip with stable guide for secure hold after hooking.
Vertical assembly is optional – GRP stiffeners are sewn into the fabric for stabilization.
Compact box – reliably protects the fabric from the elements.
Durable aluminum profiles – powder-coated in standard colors white (RAL 9016), white (RAL 9010), silver (RAL 9006), anthracite grey matt (RAL 7016), brown (RAL 8022) or DB 703 fine structure, optionally available in all RAL/DB colors.
